Founded in 1998 by Phat Nguyen, Sake Express has been a family-owned restaurant serving authentic Japanese cuisine in Gastonia, North Carolina. After a temporary closure due to a fire in March 2023, we reopened in December 2023, just in time for our 25th anniversary. We are committed to bringing the taste of tradition and resilience to our community.
